we asked for a room for one night. During the check-in we got the comfirmation to have in room #50 access to the internet. Having entered the room, the first step was to verify the connection to the internet and this was not possible. We got in touch with the reception and were asked to come down and start the PC down there. While we tried this at the reception, another woman came down with the same complaint and on the stairs a young man used his PC.
