WOW - where to start! They charge outratgeous delivery and expedition fees, but I chose them because they were linked to a new Hilton program. I ordered before Noon delivery. Imagine my suprise when my parents called and asked why I didnt send flowers to my 85 yeard old grandmother for her birthday. Long story short - they never delivered.
