Essentially these shade-sters post mobile ads falsely claiming 15-min, $15 auto lockout service, taking advantage of people in a desperate situation. As far as I can gather they are really just nationwide dispatchers. They'll forward your request within 15 min and for $15. But the speed and cost of the service is dictated by local locksmiths getting your request.
