Say what ever it takes to get you into a lease - know ifyou sign you are stuck. They are the leasing agents for a home we leased. During signing we told their representative we had just come out of a 2.5 year lease in which the last 6 months the owner of the home was trying to sell the house. So every time a realtor called we would have to rush t spruce up the house to make sure it was presentable. We told Mosiac we did not want to go through that again.
