I've placed a large order for two kombucha kits, a set of 4 one gallon glass jars, and a heating pad. The PACKING and special SHIPPING charges were $40 ( !!!), for "special protection". Expensive, but, if it is to protect the glass and kombucha, it made sense. I have received NO communication as to shipment of my order, and 10 days later my husband called to find out as to status of the order, as well as sent several emails.
