Site claims 99% of orders placed before 3pm ship same day. I paid extra for 2nd day shipping on Monday just after 12 noon and got email confirmation w/ status "processing". Wed. no delivery. Thur morning I call the company and am told it will ship tomorrow, FRIDAY, and not arrive until first of the following week. read full review »
