I question whether these guys even used primer on my house. After 1 year, I have cracked and peeling paint. About 85% of the paint on my wood railing peeled off. The scope of work included scraping/sanding any loose paint, priming and 2 coats of paint. Their contract includes a 4 year guarantee. I notified them in March 2009 and was told the problem would be remedied in early May. When they didn’t show up I was told they were backed up because of the rain.
