we ordered 2 subscriptions to 2 different children on 07/29/2010. We paid cash due to what she said about it being easier for her and her ponts would be added right away. We called in Oct 2010 and asked why the children hadn't received them yet. They told us that because it came every 3 months it would start in Dec.2010. That sounded ok with us.
