I have had No luck with HP support. Have over two hours tring to resolve the problem with print head, excessive toner use and loud noise. The last HP Tech agreed that this unit has a problem and will send out a new unit. It never arrived.. Call HP and spoke with my 5th or 6th representive now he states I have a problem with the warranty. This has been a 6+month with NO FIX????????? read full review »
