Non-payment of refun My husband and I purchased the Extended Warranty through Signet Financial and made sure we followed every requirement to receive our refund. We submitted our refund in the first week of November 2010. After we submitted the claim, we then had to send a notarized form stating that they could talk to me (his wife) as his name was the one on the contract.
