When I ordered dual saw I was promised a bunch of upgrades along with a trial period if I wasn't satisfied. When the package arrived there was no upgrades. When my husband attempted to use it the motor was smoking and the blade was stuck after 4inches of cutting into a 2x4 peice of raw wood, when we tried to contact the company no one would EVER pick up no mattter what # or how long we waited.
