It is disheartening to read all of your complaints as I manage a Subway and have done so for 8 years. I would like to remind you that most Manager's will not give your complaint to the owner and most owner's do not physically work at the Subway's they own. The best way to have your voice heard is to go to the Subway web site and put your complaint in writing. ALL complaints are sent to the owner and the developement agent for their area.
