I have been a DirecTV customer for over 20 years, but will not remain one for longer than I must. I am extremely angry with the company, the practices, and their "customer insult" people. They advertise that with an HD DVR and high-speed internet connection, the customer will have access to many movies and shows at NO ADDITONAL CHARGE.
