This company made claims as to the potency of an herbal extract, and sold it to me. There was no potency in it at all, almost five hundred dollars worth of extract was completely useless. When I asked for a refund, the company blamed me for the interaction, said that it must have been because I "didn't shake the bottle" and only offered a partial refund for a completely useless product.
