We purchased a king mattress set on Feburary 21, 2011. I was delivered Thursday March 3, 2011. On Friday March 4, 2011 I phoned the salesman Lyle and told him this could not be the same bed I tried in the store it is way too hard. He told me it had to be broke in. A week later I went into the store and told him I did not want it as it was too hard. He told me again it has to be broken in.
