I have been waiting since Oct. 2010 for a $250 rebate only to find out that the rebate is going to be for $200. After calling over 30 times and getting the run around I still have not received my rebate. Every month I pay my bill as expected but the cable company has yet to live up to their end of the bargain. I filed a complaint with the BBB and have not heard anything from them either!! I can now understand why people get frustrated with these companies and go POSTAL on them.
