We purchased an Extended Service Warranty on our car and didn't need to use it. We started the process to get this refunded on 8-2-10 and have not received our refund yet. We were told several times that the refund was either in the mail or would be mailed out the first of next week. One time we were told that the group that reviews your claim doesn't meet until around the end of December. You should then receive either a refund or a refusal letter around the middle of January. Of course we didn't receive anything and now our phone calls aren't being answered. read full review »
