sir i gave a feedback 6 days before in this board and so a person from mobile no +919717894317 called me and he said that he will take necessary steps to clear my problem but till today(2 days) they did not take any steps to solve my problem if i contact that number and ask they too repeating the same statement. i am very disturbed mentally .so i tried to change my network using portability option to AIRCEL network and gave my proof and filled statement regarding my network change .
