They are disgusting. they sent me an email with numerous discount codes. I rented 3 bags and my grand total came to 2.28. I checked the credit card statement and noticed that they voided all discounts without contacting me and giving me the option of canceling the order so instead of charging me 2.28 they charged me 26.28. No big deal you say? Well its a huge deal to me how can you just charge me whatever you want to without my approval?
