My wife signed up for the 'free' tooth whitener. When I saw the shipping charge, I called to cancel and was told they would send us instructions to return the sample. We never got instructions, so I took the unopened package to the post office and marked it 'return to sender'. We then were charged over $120 as we had apparently just signed up for the 'lifetime shipping program'.
