Mongocard in florida electronically withdrew 99.95 out of my checking acct without my authorization. When I called this company, they said that they have a pop up ad connected with a pay day loan and when you give your personal information, it gets forwarded to their company. I demanded that they refund my money and cancel anything that they set up in my name. Andrea-supervisor stated that it takes 10 days to process and another 10 days to refund if I called to remind them.
