I purchased an $80 blender from this company back in April. They were prompt to credit my credit card for the purchase, but to date I have yet to receive either a refund or the product. We've been following up about once a month and we get a standard reply message saying that they will credit our account immediately. It's been since April and we haven't received anything. I'm writting to the NY Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I don't want to see anyone else harmed by this company, and this just can't continue. read full review »
