Nov. 17, 2007 Deposit $20, 00 (by check)on New 2005 Southern home ss#3960 April 1, 2008 Sent Cashier Check $56, 428.75 Pay in full with the total being $76, 478.75 for the home and foundation. Months later before the home was install and set up due to weather and ground contion. I never was offer to do walk through with any of the company personal to note damage.
