I made reservations prior to arrival and specifically asked for a non smoking room with a king size bed. upon arri I was told I had one of the nicest rooms they had. When we got in our room the smell of cigareets almost knocked us down. Even had ashtray in room. The bed wasn't fully made and no pillow cases on the pillows. The blankets and sheets had burn holes all over. The mattress had hples in it with material hanging out. The smoke detector was hanging loose on the wall. Don't know if it worked or not.
