Convinced us they had a legitimate buyer for our timeshare. Did not want all the money up front, just a retainer. The balance would be buried in the final payment made by the buyer. They claimed their staff did not sell time shares but handled the closing paperwork. The person we dealt with mostly called herself Diane Miller (she speaks with a slight accent, possibly European).
