We submitted our application for a loan modification with Bank of America on September 9th of 2010. This was after an initial rejection the previous summer and a subsequent call suggesting we apply again. Now, after seven months of dickering and constantly asking for more and more information we have been told that our request has been denied and that our hardship was not severe enough.
