I was contacted by Assured Asset Preservation via my craigslist posting. Before giving me the amount of properties they promised me I had to sign a 15 page contract that gave me them the right not to pay me for any reason they saw fit. Even after signing the contract Assured Asset Preservation only gave me a handful of properties 50+ miles apart while allways promising me that more volume would come, which never did.
