Purchased Yoshiblade and veg peeler package at Meijers. During first use, the tip of the knife broke. I called Yoshiblade at 1-800-722-2748 and they refused to pay for shipping to return plus they want $9.99 to cover their costs of shipping and handling for return. What a joke this brittle product is. The knife has an inherint design fault--the ceramic blade is too brittle to withstand "normal" use--however the blade will stay sharp. read full review »
