I called Joe two weeks ago and ordered a Trapp Classic 2100 Storm Door handle. Joe stated he would call me back and advise delivery. He never did. Every time I called him and left a voicemail he stated he would call back within 5 minutes. Hever never called back out of the dozen times I called him. I spoke with a receptionist a couple of times at 10am in the morning and she stated Joe would call me back by 1pm. Joe never returned my call's or messages.
