How many negative stars can we place. my wife and i have tried for over a year since we gave them our deposit money. about once every 2 months we placed our reservation request and they would send us a letter saying that date was not avaiable. sometimes we even put in dates every month. and always got the not available letter. today we got a letter from our last request saying that they are sorry but if this was processed it takes 60 days and that will make our certificate expired so we must now apply to try and get our deposit back...WE MUST... read full review »
