I just got a "past due service invoice" for a service I never signed up for or have used. When I called to get more information, they refused to believe me. When I tried to cancel the account, they asked for my social. (How did they get it??) When I did reach a supervisor who cancelled the account, I got a follow-up email charging me another monthly fee plus a "service fee" for cancelling the account.
