Let me preface by saying I am not a complainer; that being said, DirectTv is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! If you are considering...think again! I have wasted so much time trying to fix billing and service and contract issues...and can say it actually made it worse talking to "customer service" representatives. Why have customer service when you don't even care about your customers?!?! Why have a number to call for help when you cannot help the people who are calling?!
