I signed up for a 30 day free trial of Efax and kept getting spam faxes sent to my email account. Due to this, I had no intention of signing up. I was a few days late in "NOT" cancelling the 30 day trial period (Why do you have to call to cancel a free trial period anyways?) and they charged my Credit card $12.95! I call to close the account that they automatically signed me up. I get put on hold for 10 minutes and the call gets disconnected. So I have to call back again and wait for another 10 minutes.
