I needed info on 2010 interest paid. Their web site was down. On telephone, I accidently entered incorrect soc sec number. When I called back to reenter, my number had been blocked. I've never been late with a payment, but they call me every month around the 3rd to tell me I'm late. they charge for an on-line payment. read full review »
