I booked a trip with Airfrance as I alwasy have for the last 10 years I have never been discrimenated against like this time. they will not process my tickets to go and when it was too late they told me they will change my ticket and after the boarding closed they asked me to buy new ticket or I could not leave. they also refused to let me talk to a manager horrible. no one was able to do any thing. I will pay extra and will not give them my money. I have been trying to find the email to the CEO and have not been able to find it. read full review »
