DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! Run now. They installed our hardwood flooring improperly which VOIDED our manufacturers warranty. The floors are gapping, uneven, shifting and waving due to their FAILURE to acclimate our flooring. This is COMMON practice and they will not address this issue - for 9 months we have been trying to get them to answer our questions and make good on the warranties they advertised.
