We ordered $12, 000 in replacement windows, paying $3500 deposit in March 2007. After considerable delays they finally came and did measurements last week of April. Since then frequent attempts to contact the owner have met with no response. Becoming suspicious we contacted Sunrise Windows and learned that Prime Seal have been an INACTIVE customer with them for at least 8 months.
