I purchased a ceiling fan and installed per the manufacturers directions. The fan stopped turning after two months of operation. When I called Hampton's customer service they told me sounded like a capacitor problem. They told me they would mail me the part with instructions on how to repair. The part came with no instructions and when I called back the technical rep displayed the rudest behavior that I have ever encountered.
