I was travelling from Mumbai to Delhi on April 3, 2011 in train number 12137 (Punjab Mail). The pantry personnel were charging 5-10 rupees more for all the food products. I approached the pantry managers (Nawab Khan and Sunil Singh) and informed about the same but they did not help and told me that if they are providing food in the running train then they will charge more prices. They did not even register my compliant. For example they were charging 25 rupees for Bread and cutlet which was prices at 18 rupees.
