Unlike many others, apparently, I had no trouble receiving the glass shelf I ordered. Since I determined that it wouldn't work in a bathroom remodel, I have tried repeatedly to get a return authorization from the company. My calls to customer service have been forwarded to an answering machine which takes the message, but - you guessed it - no one returns my call. This outfit gives internet shopping a bad name.
