So i ordered for a hair product from hair sisters and they never had it. They were supposed to issue me a refund to my account. On their end, they say they have issued the refund, from my bank and my bank account, nothing seems to work...i know 11.99 is little money but that doesnt give them the opportunity to mess around with people's money. Everyday i call to ask but they keep saying they already gave me the money...Jesus where is the money in my bank if you already issued a refund?I am very disappointed with this company that i trusted so much. read full review »
