Service stinks. They suspended my phone service for a $15.00 balance. Now I have to wait 10 days for my phone to be disconnected...when I ask them to disconnect immediately they tell me I have to wait 10 days! Sooooooooooooo my phone sits here for 10 days...I can't receive calls or call out. I know that they will continue to charge me for the next 10 days...Blue Casa STINKS!!! I will never recommend them to anyone. I have had nothing but problems since day 1. They charged me $75.00 for work on the phone line that never happened. read full review »
