trying to get ahold of my caseworker(new one every six months) is impossible, talking to a live person who knows something is impossible, all are eager to give non-reachable numbers to you, and hang-up on you when asked their names, why, guilty of not doing their jobs, i would guess.. a simple anwersing of the phone would do for now... i know they are over=whelmed with a work load from hell, but rudeness and incopetence donot belong in the workplace... lthis says alot about supv. no trainging????? read full review »
