When you sign up you autmatically have a monthly renewal. Ok that's normal but when you try to give feedback or talk to someone there is not customer service center. you can get to frequently asked questions but that's it. and the searches are horrible. I have never been more disappointed than i was with this site. Don't ever sign up for it. read full review »
