I submitted a complaint earlier today. It was on a bank draft. the company is: SB perfect home. They are debiting 9.95 per month from my checking account. This company is through JC Penney. It is a rewards club. I ordered on line in July 2010 and received a discount on my order. By doing this I automatically signed up for this program.
