I ordered wedding favors on 2/1/2011. They said they would ship in 3-5 business days. As of 4/5/2011 I have received NOTHING. Their phone number is just an answering machine. They do have LIVE Chat - which I went online 5-6 times to get a straight answer from them, to no avail!!! I emailed them and they did email back a couple of times. On 4/22/2011 they personally assured me I'd get my shipment in 7-10 days. Still nothing. Not they do not answer my emails. This really ruined the idea we had for favors for my daughter's wedding.
