We purchased a living room set. The salesman was great. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He said the furniture would be delivered in 3 weeks, at the most. He would rather "under-promise and over-deliver", so he was just using 3 weeks as a worst-case scenario. They would call us a couple days ahead of time to confirm.
