No complaints about the food just the plates that the people have to put the food on. i worked in food service many years and the first duty was to check all plates coming out of the dish washer. i know not all dirty plates will get caught before going out on the food bar but when a person has to go through 14 plates with dry food still on them, that is a problem. someone should be checking the dishes before sending them out.i like to eat at ryans but sure hate to check plates before finding a clean one. read full review »
