I had a world point bank of america credit card. Every month they billed me consistently until the last few months. Last month, when I finally got the bill, they already charged 39 dollars for late fee. I called them and they agreed to take off the charge. The very next month, I did not get any bill from them. Then once I got it, they charged me another 39 dollars for late fee. I called them again. At first, they agreed if I pay the amount then they would take off the charge.
