I made the mistake of walking into a Harris office in Portsmouth NH. I had an issue with NY state taxes back to 1992 and 1993. The person I met with (Scott Carpenter from SC) was filling in for the person who normally manned that office(Dave Brunell), but of course failed to tell me. Scott took a copy of all my documents and $825.00. Three weeks later I have an appointment with the real person who works in that office.
